Features and Benefits

Better informed urban planning

By knowing when and where the different groups in a city behave, can a more informed impact assessment be made, when redesigning layout and new infrastructure

More accurate retail value

By knowing the numbers, movement and dwell times of visitors to different parts of a venue, this helps to determine the true rental value and opportunity. Where are people going or coming from is of great importance too. Do they naturally spend much time in that area? When are the busy times?

Advanced Filters for Identifying Visitor Groups

The quantity of Wi-Fi data can be into the millions of points per day. Much of it can be generated from equipment, from areas outside the venue or passing traffic. Therefore, in order to be able to identify the correct crowd types and measure their presence, movement and dwell, it requires the robust algorithms and filters, developed over many years at Taoglas.

Real-time Alerts and Notifications

Alerts and notifications can be configured to be sent to the user when. 1. Capacity limits are exceeded within a user defined zone (instant, per hour or daily) 2. Daily/weekly/monthly summary visitor reports can be sent to different users depending on their interest and responsibility

Customised Analytics Service using Machine learning

Since no two venues are the same, configuration and filtering are important. However, Taoglas also offers an advanced data analysis service using machine learning techniques, to identify more detailed users of the venue or city, based on derived meta data. Discover tourists and where they go or the different groups which come and go during the day.through an urban area
